Murda Beatz and Ty snapped on Tyrone 2021

if only the album was as good as it's sequencing.

I expected more from Your Turn but lyrically it's beautiful. I also expected more from Tyrone 2021.. NDK is the best collab between him and Sean. Universe hits, Spicy is a grower, NLYE slaps. Cudi feat on Temptations is awful.. wasn't needed. wtf is Track 6? LOL. The serpentwithfeet and Burna Boy Interludes add nothing to the album. The transitions, Nicki on Expensive (but don't hit me if it's Tiny girl from Xscape 🤣) and Thug on Lift Me Up are the highlights.

everything else falls flat imo. this is all over the place and doesn't know what kind of album it wants to be.. I guess Ty wasn't lying when he said there's something for everyone on here. it's experimental as hell.. It's not a bad album but it's definitely not a great one either. $ign Language still his best project That's the Ty I love

After giving this a proper listen yesterday

It’s on the same level as BH3, fire front to back with gems that get better on repeat listen

Your Turn is serious heat

Dr. Sebi -> Powder Blue is genius

Both Mustard tracks are classic

Expensive and Spicy are v good, Temptations is fire Skrillex and Hitboy killed it

Album is a testament to Ty $ being a s***symbol from front to back the features from Jhené and Nicki cement it

damn this hitting A LOT harder on second listen

So I heavily appreciate a lot of things he did on here

-diverse types of songs
-sex tracks
-braggadocio tracks
-fun ass stick in your head but still good tracks
-tracks that are actually saying something
-tracks to serve as seamless transitions

-diverse track times
-it’s really cool that on some of these he knows that he can make the hook catchy as hell and the song is gonna bang and that’s all he needs. Sometimes he croons for minutes

-I loved the 2010 Nicki throwback verse

-it’s like he’s showing off. He do everything. I even enjoyed the damn quavo track.

Its pretty good. the highs are really high and the lows are generic at worst

honestly, for 25 tracks, this isn’t bad. He kept the project under an hour. Some of the guests are disappointing but Ty$ sticks the landing with his contributions

Quavo bodied Freak but that song was wack tbh. Double R and Expensive nice tho

This new project reminds me a bit of airplane mode and sign language Ty$

i was gonna tag you and say this blows my 6.8 take out the water
