Yeezus has never been better than Rodeo to me
an album with apple pie una

Never reply to one of my posts with this again
Sorry, didn’t want to cause any problems.
Listen to b****** again it’s got some extremely emotional and vulnerable moments
Hell, Wolf most importantly
Listen to b****** again it’s got some extremely emotional and vulnerable moments
He actually made a great debut album with B******
Like u really get a good idea of how he was also listening in retrospect i feel like u can tell he was dealing with repressed sexuality during that era
to be a musician you must know how to read and write music, requires years of musical training

Yes it does
blood on the leaves alone clears
rodeo is a display of amazing production/vocals/directing from travis but it doesnt have personality
travis kind of got away with it on rodeo because the whole "make that s*** dark" atmosphere the album created basically tricked people into thinking he was doing something deeper than he actually was
but now that the dust has settled and we have like 3 albums post rodeo to look at, the fundamental problem with travis is that he has nothing to say or express in his music
Flying High
oi that s*** so horrible even in 2015 i instinctively skipped it
That wasn't their priority. Let's not act like Tyler was making Yonkers and s*** approaching it like high art. Odd Future was friends hanging out, having fun, trying to create memories and viral moments. Tyler ain't naming names but if he's talking down on opium or cactus jack and those adjacent type of rappers he's a hypocrite. If you make music you're an artist period
He could've worded this better if he meant something else but that's how I take it. Music taking a backseat isn't anything new and these new rappers shouldn't be written off when they have the same potential he had to grow and branch out
lol i strongly disagree with your assessment of Odd Future. they were having fun but they most definitely cared way more about music than just tryna "go viral"
shock value was their thing but they did actually want people to listen to their music seriously.

I can understand not liking Flying High but Apple Pie is great
Goin on a walk with a new suit armor
New suit dead, Bottega, that's on it
Give me the heat from the sleep, then I harm her
Cupid creep in, sleep with a Hummer
TravisGPT
i dont care, pulling out websters to try and discredit rap artists is reddit s***
Tbf he's talking about the genre he's making and the one that's most relevant today. Coming from Tyler who we know respects the game and is black I don't really see this as reddit
It doesnt have the emotion I agree but it has good songs man
Like a lot of them
not disagreeing w that
