Give these teenagers a light sentence, and they'll only be back on the streets to be a nuisance and negative influence on other black children. Those teenagers are sociopaths. A lighter sentence for them would be a larger disservice than benefit with regards to the black community.
Real question: Do you truly think these teenagers can be rehabilitated? If so, how?

I think even in 10 yrs back they will still continue to do this and influence others. Minimum id say 20 is good, hopefully they matured up.

not through the justice system but we'd have to talk about that with synopsis.
honestly they have to serve the sentence in jail. they gotta do time for it. they also need therapy. better opportunities than the ones that will be presented when they get out of jail especially now with social media cause we'll know their names forever.
