I don’t think any country should have nuclear weapons honestly, but at the same time, they have really decreased the number and scale of wars that humanity goes through so idk

Their leader is special ed and unlike our country there aren't ways to control him. Pretty sure there isn't a single soul in South Korea who would be okay with NK having nukes.

if you believe that Kim is special ed, you're more brainwashed than North koreans.

Maybe he's not special ed, but he's one of those people who really needed a good ass whooping at some point while growing up to give him perspective and humility, and I don't think that happened

think about what kind of generational trauma, perspective, humility, etc. getting bombed to s*** by the united states gave the koreans.

Generational trauma would affect most of them yeah, but Kim is part of a group that lives an exceptionally well off life compared to the common folk. Him making weirdo threats all the time is just annoying

i’m not saying nothing either way i just think you can’t discount a world leader of a country that underwent such a thing(s) on their own soil relatively recently, that their world leader would represent sentiments against that/those, regardless how well off he is. i think it’s fair to use the term or at least consider him a reflection of that

The country's sour relationship with the US is understandable. I was referring to his God complex and how whipped/indoctrinated his populace is.

I think it’s fair for North Korea in general to not trust the US given their past animosity and bombing campaign, but what I’m saying is Kim is provoking conflict with his threats (not rn necessarily, more like a few years ago). Even China is getting tired of it, and they’re supposed to be his best friends

Some countries cannot be trusted with nukes. Nearly all of the nutass middle east and north korea for starters should never be in possession of nukes.

No one should tbh. But if the US can have them others can too

MAD is the reason we haven't had a third world War already. I'm sure it's also the chief reason the US is still being cucked by Saudi Arabia. Otherwise we would've been gone in to provide death in exchange for their oil.

You guys criticize America for aiding rebels in Syria against a previously established government, while Russia drone striking civilians and rebels to help a regime that gassed them is ok, meanwhile you also hate America for helping the Saudis keep an established government in power in Yemen by drone striking civilians and rebels backed by Iran. Then you’ll say “I never said I liked Russia or Iran” despite conveniently taking their side at every turn, instead of just remaining neutral against undefendable countries

Its no competition of whos the s***tiest country. Only see one person backing Russia while all the others 'hate on' the USA and Russia for their bullshit

Not that it'd ever actually happen, but I say give most/all countries nukes and let's see if humans can find a cure for greed/stupidity with our feet held to the fire

Most socialists on this site try to downplay any abuses America’s enemies commit. America should absolutely be criticized for its destabilizing conduct, but that doesn’t mean they should side with Iran and Russia instead
