I’ve had nothing but problems

same...I legit lost my job in March (company just shut down completely with no reopening) and have been on unemployment since then...was being told my staffing agencies and other places to just sit home and take the unemployment because they didn't know when they'd be hiring again...actively looking for a job now but does have me a bit worried once this s***s all over with if they're gonna try to come back and f*** me on any of this...was taking taxes out for most of the time but had to stop now and am still just barely making enough to get by

Trust me I’m trying. But i have no idea how to fight them properly. No one answers their phones. No help center. Can’t go in person cause offices close due to Covid. Having my state rep talk to them for me is my best shot.

But other than that complete radio silence.

The one time I got someone on the phone they insisted they can’t help me at all and they don’t even do these decisions, asked to be transferred and they did. As soon as I got connected it hung up and I could never get a human on the phone again
