I’m from the south and I’m super pro choice. I just don’t wanna pay for that mother f***er if she doesn’t excercise her right to an abortion.

Like I understand the law as it is now but that’s kinda where I stand

Until men have to carry babies the law won’t change

Dawg is really trying to call us republicans for telling you to raise your child. This is unreal.
As if liberals would not share the same sentiment.
This is a humane viewpoint, not a political one.

I'm not saying you're republican but you're using a republican talking point which you are.

If you haven't used the talking point then it isn't at you

You've wanted to raise a whole family anytime you've f***ed someone? Did you just not have s***at all in highschool either or even then you were stoaked about the idea of raising a family and putting everything on the back burner?

I always knew if I knocked someone up my feelings on the matter would pretty much be secondary and I would have to act like a man if I had a child, whatever that meant.
Accepting responsibility and WANTING something are two entirely different things lol

I mean to be frank abortion is murder. I won’t deny that. It is ripping the fetus from the womb before it gets a chance to gestate and develop and all that.

But to be more frank, I don’t give a f***. That’s a woman’s right to choose what she wants to do and she’s entitled to it.

I JUST DONT WANNA PAY FOR THAT MF IF I TELL HER I WANT HER TO GET THE ABORTION

WHERE IS MY EJECT BUTTON? why does uncle sam get to chain me to that mf

I'ma just say this. Everyone itt currently believes in the right to have an abortion yes? There are many factors that go into an abortion, but a main driver is the concept of 'not being ready'. I think we can all agree on this too yes?

So then why is only one party allowed to say they aren't ready for a child without being deemed a piece of s***? I mean at the end of the day, can you answer the question straight up without some '9 months' yada yada? Because that's the meat and bones of the situation. One party is allowed to not be ready for parenthood, the other is told to go f*** themselves and BE ready.

No one is doing that but I don't think the law should be based in what's tougher it should be based what's fair

I think you just gotta assess this s*** on a case by case basis

Optimally the federal govt would provide more for single parents but since thats not the case then it should be done by both parents whether that be through regular parents or child support

If the govt provided federal aid for single mothers who carried their babies to term id be okay with what @op is saying

Because you are only thinking about your view of the situation and not the child’s. Why should the child grow up disadvantaged because you didn’t want to help it?

I agree with that the system doesn't provide assistance for single parents enough and I think that because republicans are anti abortion they should support taxes and programs set up to help single parents.

Not necessarily. Just that you understood the risks and ought to take the proper precautions if you proceed. But following the precautions does not exempt you from responsibility. If it happens it’s happens and you gotta be there if she decides to keep it.

You and your girl should always have a mutual understanding on where you stand in the matter.
