Why is it in America kids will be malnourished to the point where they’re not getting essential proteins/iron/fiber and thats treated like normal. Its very common for kids to have poor diet because of the terrible food culture and lack of knowledge about nutrition. As someone who used to be fat I can say that nutrition is 100 percent a factor in mood. So why do we allow a society where kids are fed sugar daily with no protein and think that doesn’t effect their development

its crazy because it can cause symptoms, but you wont become autstic or have adhd because of it because they are genetic.

regardless, you are 100% right malnutrition in children is the reason why so many children suffer in education. i had to do a project on this and its severely understated

Do kids eating healthy increase shareholder value in the short term?

Do kids being smarter increase shareholder value in the short term?

This is what all decisions are based on in America.

If we follow op’s logic (don’t recommend), then people can’t be born with ADHD/autism (which we know would be a f***ing lie)

So now I ask @op, do you also believe that people can’t be born with ADHD/autism? And don’t “I didn’t say that” your way outta this, it automatically comes with your argument

My argument implies that it’s something that develops artificially so yes

    Thought we banned this idiot

  • There’s obviously multiple causes, but diet definitely can exasperate symptoms and in a lot of mild cases fixing diet would probably resolve the symptoms

A major issue in this whole conversation is children with severe autism being lumped in with the mild autism/adhd group

im pretty sure it does if we count the least possible amount of 'healthy diet' as kids eating healthy. america has one of the more robust middle classes on earth for that reason too

'smart' is a meaningless term but certain amount of aptitude is also essential for generating profits
