teamAds support the existence of the site along with the development of the site and upcoming app. I wish people were willing to pay a few dollars to support a free platform they use every day but most aren’t :/ it’s currently the only way to be sustainable.
Ads aren’t a perfect solution but compared to the rest of the internet the number of ads is low.
Take a look at Instagram and you’ll see an ad after every 4 posts. Having a couple ads on a page here doesnt feel like a real problem. I see ads on my account too to make sure I have the same experience.
Anyway I’ve made the in-content ad smaller. I’ll see how things go, but you have to balance user experience with sustainability.
PS if there are any offensive/invasive ads please report them. And if you’d pay for a no ads option let me know.

A new bug in Twitter's embed script is causing iOS or Safari to crash with some tweets, it's not limited to ktt2 and I couldn't pinpoint the issue for days.
I've spent the last few hours implementing a work around until Twitter fixes it.
Most tweet embeds will work, but now if they'd crash the browser it will just appear as a link. If a tweet was already posted it will still crash the browser until Twitter releases a fix.

Hey also to let you know, not sure if you can control it.
With the new iOS update, wifi defaults to enable “limit IP tracking” in the wifi settings. I found with this enabled twitter embeds break.
When you disable it they all work as normal

i feel like if you were to charge for basic features like posting, it should def just be a one time fee. while $1 a month is minimal, i feel quite a few people would be turned away if they had to pay monthly just to post here

Didn't the OG ktt have a webpage for the latest Kanye news?

Well Ye wasnt too active around that time so news was slow on him.
Maybe look into adopting a hnhh news style where along with latest news on music, there's news on the latest things happening in pop culture or society in general. There's always interesting news/events that are posted in L&A section which can be posted onto this blog style webpage and then linked to the forum thread where further discussions can be viewed or engaged with.
