who tf said go for a walk.
I think there's some level of validity to both sides of the argument here, and a lot of it depends on context we don't have. Anybody dying of cancer at a young age is going to be devastating, especially if it's someone she was close to for a long time. She deserves the time and ability to grieve without feeling guilty, but it's also totally valid to feel a little uncomfortable with seeing your girl still be emotionally attached to her ex. You just gotta understand its not personal unless she takes it to a weird level. If she's bringing it up months after the fact. then yeah, that's could be a little disrespectful and weird.
I guess it also depends on how long yall been dating, and how long they dated. If they didn't date for very long and she's still shook up months later that's a little sus, not that she could cheat on you with him or anything but it would definitely hurt to think of her still having an emotional bond that deep with an ex.
Bottom line/TLDR, everybody grieves in their own way, she deserves time to grieve, and don't take it personally unless she takes it to a weird level.
