Also, Travis has one of the most carefully methodical teams in the industry right now. If there was any doubt in them that he could pull off stadiums, it wouldn’t be happening

I think for select cities they will be stadiums, but for most stops they will be arenas.

I can see him having some stadium stops at Dodger Stadium/So-Fi Stadium, the Alamodome, NRG Park/Stadium, Met Life/Citi Field/Yankee Stadium, and Hard Rock Stadium.

Doubt he's selling out stadiums in small market cities.

  • All the people that criticized me for saying he can’t do stadiums, now what?

He’s not selling out any of those listed. Drake wouldn’t even sell out SoFi that b**** is huge.

    Around 50k capacity for concerts

Drake could easily sell that out

I think Travis could easily sell out most of those venues. LA and NYC/NJ are very dense population wise, and are where a lot of his fans are. Houston/TX in general should be a no-brainer as that's where he's from. Miami I'd say is probably the only reach. I can budge on So-Fi in LA, but Dodger Stadium I think he'd sell out pretty easily.

Drake is definitely selling out So-Fi though. I feel like Drake is probably one of the few contemporary rappers who can successfully do a stadium tour. I know it's fun to roast Drake, I do it often, but nigga really is something of a global pop/superstar these days. The only reason why he hasn't done a stadium tour is because he chooses not to. Though personally I don't think he really has the charisma or performing chops for stadiums, in terms of numbers he can get in the stadium, I believe he can do that.

i think that makes sense but the logistics and stage setup will be so different for those different types of venues

could see him doing a short stadium show that’s one specific type of show, then a separate arena tour with a different show.
