steam deck is dead at that price point. the only potential reason left to get it were the touchpad controls which is no longer the case since you can just get the controller (also overpriced, but only slightly) they might as well not even have bothered restocking it, and 99% certain the steam machine will also be at a not worth it ass price for the hardware. and no shot the majority of the people buying them up now are real humans, it's trivially easy to get past the "restrictions" and bot the s*** out of it.
