hope the rumors about them selling the steam machine only is true cause i dont really want two steam controllers lol

Genuinely don’t understand the move of decoupling HLX from machine if we’ve known it’s been finished for as long as it has especially considering the cost increase of hardware, like they need to drive hype

I think it's just not finished/they weren't happy with it

But yeah without it the Machine is gonna sell out it's first run but retain no draw whatsoever after that first wave

Controller support outside of Steam is really disappointing. So far PCSX2, GeForce now, GOG and EA launcher are all giving me issues. Sometimes it’ll just work, but more often it either emulates M&KB or doesn’t work at all.

The only workaround is adding games as non steam games to enable steam overlay (and I can’t even get that to work for BF6)
Feels cheap when a $30 Xbox controller just works everywhere no issue.

That sucks especially given the wait time

Confident with Valve it should improve but for the price etc it should just work

Tyler is streaming right now reiterating that Valve is likely doing hardware announcements this week and that HLX is not going to be announced or discussed whatsoever
