I do actual activism and worthwhile work on the street, at protests, at vigils, etc. not online. Nobody is really open to hear what you have to say online. They got a fake persona and too many walls up. When you should someone IRL the s*** that happens in factory farms and slaughterhouses they are suddenly confronted with their choices and might wake up/are open for further discussion in good faith. When you show people online that s*** they say "lol bacon tho, we're omnivores, plants have feelings" and no matter how logical and eloquent your reply is you get some s*** meme response in kind.
