I think I've accepted that this show just isnt that good. Nothing terrible and the recent episode was OK, but the direction theyve taken this story in, is just not interesting to me.

Part of why I don't care much for the story now is because I think how things currently are is a good way for the world to continue, and so it can like this and end. There are also no mysteries I feel I need to learn now or sub plots that I feel I need the answer to. Realistically an author and Manousos are not really people with the skillset to save the world (tbf I dont know what Manousos' skills are).

As someone else said the world is filled with NPCs, including the other non-hive humans. And then Manousos has had little character development and Carol is not likeable.

I'll still be watching the finale

We know Carol won’t die . She could get temporarily turned or learn how to communicate via their wave length to appear to be one of them . Too early to show the aliens if ever . She may become like the dog lol not converted by they take care of her . Manusos isn’t making it much farther either will attempt to kill zoisia or target them while they sleep will do something outlandish . Thing is I don’t think he has it in him to kill anyone since he knows their body is being stolen

This is kinda why I asked what questions is the show asking, because I feel like there isn’t many besides the main question of “will they get cured”

Vs breaking bad which had numerous questions waiting to be answered.

I still trust Vince tho and curious to see what direction he goes. I’m sure it’ll be something none of us predicted.

They gonna hang you but you not all wrong this ain’t for everyone I d only recommend it to sci fi heads myself with a huge warning on how slow and empty it is

My view on it is that it’s…interesting and has some good ideas and lots of untapped potential

It’s nowhere near PEAK tho in my eyes and I won’t be dying for it to come back the next few years
