Yeah actually just literally pick any of your songs out of the air instead of saying some fake deep s***. He’s acting like sitting around in a studio all day making art is the equivalent of working a dead end job making roach burgers. If you love this music s*** then I’d imagine you got a favorite song of yours. Otherwise you must think your own music is trash

Definition of sounding smart to someone dumb
"I don't care about music, I'm just here for the money" nonchalant vibes has always been his gimmick but he got big because casuals discovered him because he was funny on Twitter/the R Kelly thing/Netflix show and now we have this pearl clutching
well yea that's my problem because WE KNOW HE CARES ABOUT HIS MUSIC
He just refuses to say that which is his right but I just think that's corny.
The way that it is digested is bar for bar the same these days
burger flipping is not some bum job yall why do u keep saying he’s comparing music to service job😭😭 yall really capitalists huh
Facts. I saw somebody tweet him that he should be grateful for the job fans gave him
wtf
Lmaoo he should though.
Y'all have this thing where oh boo hoo it's so horrible to be a rich rapper
Like bro a stream should be worth at least a dollar/the industry has its issues fasho but oh the horror that this nigga gets to feed his family with making music
burger flipping is not some bum job yall why do u keep saying he’s comparing music to service job😭😭 yall really capitalists huh
#Shhhhh
music is like burgers bro...

Smh they’re not even close. I’d much rather be paid by a label to sit around smoking weed all day trying to make my magnum opus. Something I’d put time energy and passion into.
McDonald’s employees don’t have passion for making McGangbangs for s***ty customers.
I feel like we turned tables here. I’m usually the obtuse one

Willing to bet whatever revenue made from one season of that tv show did just as much as a couple of those albums not named bft
Vince tries too hard. The burger flipper did not create the burger he is flipping nor is trying to create art while flipping the burger. A good artist is more like a gourmet chef if we are using this a***ogy.

Man he wouldn't have even said it like that if he wasn't tryna use that as an example of a frivolous job lmaooo wtf
Salute to every nigga grinding and in their position they in but no nigga wake up wanting to make $12 an hour in some hot ass kitchen getting yelled at lmaoo

He sees himself as a burger flipper and that's okay if thats what he thinks hes a grown man with his own thoughts and opinions 👍

I mean anyone should be grateful for their success. My problem is fans that feel entitled to xyz from an artist. It could be interviews, more music or whatever.
he said i'm spongebob..
And if the issue is money then I really can’t feel sorry for anyone. Not every artist is meant to become some superstar millionaire. So many people live beyond their means

Kinda still are.
It’s not as simple as “i get paid by a label to sit around and smoke weed” (first off that money the label paying you, you gotta make it back that aint just yours lol)
I’d get more into it but it’s past threads that have all but confirmed non-musicians will never try to really understand how grueling and (sometimes) dead-ending this occupation can be at times. It’s cool.
I mean not for nothing, a lot of us be saying certain artists be making fast food music.
Maybe Vince isn't all that off base.

It’s still a blessing and not like working a burger job

Nobody really wanna have an honest conversation with how they digest music lol

To you. I know verbally other fellow musicians irl that dont feel that way at all.
