there’s been kenny hate long before because of his heavy use of fart 808s. but to say that FM or S/T had bad production is untrue for sure

i used to really not like his s***, him and Murda beatz were battling for most mid producer in my opinion. But he’s fr made some strides

He’s not bad on a technical level but there’s nothing special or unique about his beats. I have a hard time caring about/respecting producers who don’t even have their own unique sound. Anybody can make type beats

Also his s*** sounds soulless and sterile to me

I liked 777 though
