"our culture" aka the culture of exploiting youth with hyper limited over priced s***ty clothes and shoes. this is why streetwear culture should never have been gentrified, it was started BY street niggas. not complex raised trust fund babies. and this nigga is pushing the agenda that they've always been a part of it too, so disappointed in this loser

so many are choosing to ignore this reality and it’s sad, because the effects are long-term

so many of these small business are the result of a lifetime of work, people think all this s*** will just reappear completely fine overnight, when that is only the reality of stores like a Target or Walmart

streetwear is in itself an individual movement from hiphop it was merely adopted by it and if anything outdates it, and has simply evolved with each generation. its only loosely described as being synonymous with that s*** because it eventually got a label by guess who, white corps that began to profit off it. its a whole culture of rowdiness and peacefulness that was unique to niggas and women in the street, now a white kid put on a pair of forces and carhartt jeans and swear he embodies it.
