He's not being blackballed for "getting himself involved in something he shouldn't have and is throwing people under the bus" he's being blackballed from culture for being a former gang member turned snitch.

The reality is that he's being blackballed by culture for snitching, something that the culture frowns upon and in my opinion, that's ridiculous.

Him being a horrible human being, who got himself into trouble and took other people down with him etc. is all true but that's not why he's being outcast by culture.
