    i was retaining, off coffee, going to gym early (retaining then going to gym is like a whole diff energy)

    i'd come home by like 8:30 ready to start my day

    A low key tip that would go great with us grinders is to ice your testes for just 10 mins as part of your morning routine, do while eating breakfast or while your meditating whatever works for you personally, Increases testosterone
