Enjoyed the ride but I don’t know how I feel about the ending.
Also weird that the only main characters who got happy endings are the three white guys? Guess that tracks as far as actual U.S. history but still, haha
NOOOOOOOO
Was a good run
I liked it whenever it wasn't focusing on the white characters who always seemed boring or annoying af lol
Damn I've not even got around to watching season 3
Same
Was season 3 a satisfying potential ending?
Halfway through season 1. It's a damn shame that this show and a lot of shows with the Cinemax branding were so underappreciated. Then again, that was on Cinemax for their lack of advertising, and the "Skinemax" reputation they were never able to shed off

When Buckley saw Mai Ling at the art gallery 😂
On that episode. That boy got real hate in his heart lol

Finished it. Some thoughts:
Overall I thought the season started off okay/slow then became great again as the show progressed. Mai Ling storyline was soul-crushingly boring, and if the point was to show that affiliating oneself to crackas won't make them like you, then they should've condensed it. On the flipside, how Mai Ling was moving affected Li Yong in ways that were very interesting, and he's the one I'm most excited for by the end of the show. Hong character is kinda woat lmao. Ah Sahm turned out to be weaker/more impulsive than Young Jun, and is not that different from Chao in terms of loyalty. It was really sad seeing how Father Jun became in the end but oh well.
This final episode definitely didn't feel like the ending. Season 2 is still my favorite, but this was cool.

Agreed, second season is the best so far. Still hope it gets one more, if only because this one didn’t feel like a proper ending.
