Hillary and Bill didn't say super predators because they were racist. They said it because they listened to authority figures trying to determine explanations between a rise in crime.
Hence why states started trying children as young as 13 or 14 as adults.
The term superpredators inherently was meant to refer to juveniles. The racial component arises from the fact that many young people involved in criminal activity are members of low income groups and minorities.

We have people who are too stupid to see that white politicians during a time of unprecedented crime reading papers from criminologist during the 1990s talking about juvenile offenders being superpredators makes them inherently racist when its obvious most of them were pretty high on "FUCK CRIMINALS, I HOPE THEY GET F***ING SHOT" energy. And not realizing the problem with super predators and a lot of the terminology wasn't that it was inherently racist, but that it could be weaponized to support discriminating lower income communities who are often prone to criminality due to the conditions they live in.
However, Trump saying Neo Nazi's are fine people after they kill someone is fine. Trump calling countries filled with Brown people s***hole countries is fine. Trump running on literal xenophobia is fine. Trump literally repealing anti redlining and housing discrimination policies for votes. Trump literally bringing up 2 random illegal immigrant murders every state of the union to push xenophobic laws like a literal wall of China. Trump literally being sued for racial bias in renting apartments, Trump posting Black Lives Matter isn't a Hate Group, Trump posting whataboutism in regards to some random Black guy in a mall, Trump posting a literal APB of some Black Guy on twitter, Trump reposting Nick Fuentes videos, Trump posting a video of a dude saying White Power is somehow not racist.
