how hype should i be, i know literally nothing about it except theres a hot girl with blue hair

one of my fav animes but its not really a "hype" anime, other than the ending movie

it’s cool, people overrate the s*** out of it tho imo

Beware of the main being a little b**** but also be understanding of him given the situation and his mental state
Also after finishin inmediately watch end of evangelion, so f***ing good too

update, 7 episodes in. this pretty baller, wasn't expecting to like it this much based on how everyones talkin about it

1. order is first 24 episodes --> end of evangelion --> ep 25 and 26

2. huge tone shift towards the second half, each episode is better than the previous one

3. IMO its the goat anime, nothing else in the genre really comes close to the ending movie

Well I’d watch 25 and 26 first then EoE since it’s pretty much a different ending. EoE movie is goat

EoE actually ends the series in a concrete way so IMO it makes sense to watch it first

Really overrated experience imo. Hope you like it better than I did though
