Bro I want to say that I love this album. I think its music that you can play in the gym and somewhat party music. There is a massive 2-step vibe to this, which I feel is missing from most of the Techno/House scene today

It has a very video game esque quality to it but sounds approachable. I did admire the storytelling aspects in some of the tracks - I was engaged by it.

In Addition, I will also say this a cool Psychedelic and Techno fusion. Just love how you blend those styles together. Though, there were times that I felt your vocals got a bit submerged --- I could still hear you clearly.

I'm glad you liked it and picked up on the story telling bit too! There's a little concept n follow through line in it. But the overall idea was "sumn that is a lot of fun, that also makes you think a little"

I wanted it to be simple n somewhat easy listening "background music" but still have some edge and bite to it.

And yeah there is so much electronic and black rock influence lmao. Like, No More Traffic is inspired by UK Garage, Wash My Hands by House, A New Light by James Brown and Funkadelic, Identity Theft Me by old detective and police heavy percussion sound tracks n disco, You Get Old by Industrial, I'm A Dog and 7PM by EDM n festivals, Call You Tomorrow by dance RNB, 2AM by modern RnB and jazz trap etc.. But they all have this Funk overtone to it that ties them altogether that makes it unique.

I like to call it WaveFunk

Hilarious you mention the 2step thing too lmao I love the electronic scene rn but it's time to inject some more "real nigga" rhythm into it 😈 😈

Every song uses unique sounds too besides one clap I use over n over that is like my fav clap I use for everything, and this one riser/pad-like sound that's used on a few songs but it's edited a lot.

The song picks you gravitated towards are really interesting too! I'm especially glad you liked Wash My Hands and You Get Old. You're the first person outside my irl circle and music business ppl that have heard the whole thing.

The only changes to project I might do is boost my vocals on a few songs, and edited the mixing on the beat of You Get Old, but overall you've heard the real thing and I appreciate that you enjoyed it

The song that started the entire journey of the project was You Used To. That was patient zero and I was looking for DJ vocals to sample, or to get a DJ to do cuts for but could find any or anyone to do it right so I said f*** it imma do myself and turned into that, then one of friends said "I think there is sumn a bit more here 🤔"
