π¨ The coverart:
π¨ Here's a track from it until then - The Other Hope:
Hope this track makes people interested. It will be 10 tracks in the Fall, more than likely in September. Its mainly Orchestral & Hiphop based, with some Electronic & Dance influences here & there. I am very critical when it comes to music as some of u may know, so its time I put my money where my mouth is.
I have a list of users to @ once it fully drops that I think will be interested, but if u also wanna be added to the list then let me know n i got u ππ
Listen with headphones for max quality if possible
Will update thread from time to time with alt art, photos n video footage till release day.

N yes I made the coverart too.
September will more than likely be the release month
I like the other hope. The arrangements and transitions into different sections could be smoother, but I like it. It's got a dope bassline

Preciate it. Th esection that was iffy to me was the short 808 section that kinda brideges into the outro.
Not that its bad but i didnt have another way to introduce it but didnt wanna give it up.
The arrangements throughout most of the album have DJs in mind too to be looped n paired.
The project will alsp have upbeat, hyped n smooth tracks as well. Just felt this was a good preview this track kinda encompasses everything.
The hardest part of the project was trying to get out of "hiphop" mode if that makes sense, like the structuring & arranging. Im still "stuck" in that mode a bit but i think i broke thru for the most part for the project.
I appreciate the thoughts n listen. Hope u check it out in the fall π
The bassline is from a Moog VST I edited n played.
Will post alt art pics n studio session videos itt from time to time when I have them.

There's elements of hip hop for sure, but you can still keep it in that pocket while making it work. Here's an example of a track by Flume, if this is the vision you're going for (electronic hip hop/experimental:
All the best with your music tho, keep it going

Ty, n mine is more "natural" instrument based with hints of synth work here n there, but same difference
N i see, more breakdowns n carrying over a few more elements into the next section. Wheres to mine is more like smash cuts for most part on this track
I see what you mean, n i can def incorporate that more so it flows more direct.
Love the break leading to the outro would love to hear how it sounds sped up a little bit

Ty, means a lot that u would suggest it to someone too. I appreciate the listen n i got u ππ
Ty i appreciate it π
The snares are on time but its not a traditional 2 n 4 hiphop/pop pattern all the way thru. I wanted it to be a more tribal/live feel.
The synth thay comes in with the 2nd choir i know what u mean. I do think it is the phone speakers. On nice speakers & any headphones i tested it was otherwise. Try it with headphones at some point n let me know, i can easily mix it a bit down if need be. I know ohone speakers are a common n convenient way to listen to stuff. I might just do that anyways for the full release. It could also be YTs compresses which i didnt take into account beforehand.
This track in particular is suppose to be more calm & "sobering", but there will also be more upbeat n hyped tracks on the project as well!
I appreciate the listen n the feedback, n I got u when the full thing drops
