Was gonna post it in the final thread of release but f*** it, the idea behind the album title:

• This 10 track album is an instrumental project based on the idea of grieving. How grief may be painful, but its also a genuine sign & a showing of how much love you have for what you are in grief over. I've had friends, family & a pet pass away within the last 4 years. Over the years Ive seen people break apart & relationships that have weaken. This is just some of my own grief, but in grief there is love & within love there is future. But, this is not just about my own grieving or issues in life, but others as well. What you're going through currently, in the past or future; this is also for you. I hope the sounds I provide help or at least joyfully distracts in anyway.

Kinda funny how both Kendrick n Drake BOTH kinda did what I was planning in a way but split between both of them n both my favs of the year

Love the spaciousness of the mix, it’s super clean and dramatic without feeling hyper minimal. Someone else mentioned Flume ITT and I’d actually echo that comparison more from an ethos standpoint than sound-wise. In terms of sound, highly recommend you peep Shlohmo’s most recent albums if you haven’t, especially Dark Red. I feel like you’d be really inspired by the mixing choices and some of the percussive elements, not to mention that you and him seem to isolate the lead in the mix in a similar fashion.

Great stuff man, will keep an eye out for more! Love the vision and the execution

Not any vocals from people specifically but there are choirs, clips & little voice lines here n there.

I wouldnt mind ppl remixing or sampling them tho. Which is part of the reason im putting it on bandcamp so ppl can have access to the wavs/mp3s for other producers, vocalists & DJs

I wish i knew more vocalists irl tho outside of Rappers. Would have loved to have a woman singer do some vocal takes here n there for sections. I only knew a few but it was a bad tome due to covid stuff.

Hopefully this project can be a stepping stone n showcase into an even bigger one in the future tho.

Theres a lot of low end, panning n space so its best to listen thru headphones n full speakers than a phone or laptop speakers if ur able
