This games as a live service thing is ruining single player games. Developers can just drip feed content for one game over multiple years and keep making money.

I don’t mind them. May not be the greatest games narratively, but they’re fun while you’re playing them. Reminiscent of games like Streets of Rage, Double Dragon and TMNT on NES.

Tired of the Batman games personally. That’d be my only complaint. If they gave me this as Justice League, Teen Titans or w/e I’d be a lot happier

GTA 5 will be remembered as a game that really pushed this movement and may be one of the last one to do it right since its single player was excellent

They're making compromises to put it out quicker and make it smaller than 5. Plus some key figures have left the studio lately.

Well, it’s definitely not Arkham lol, but that’s not a bad thing.

It looks pretty good, especially considering this is pre-alpha footage. Gameplay looks okay, but nothing super interesting yet. Many are comparing this to Avengers, which I get but the fun factor is really going to depend on the gameplay variety of the Bat Family.

Now, (unlike many lol) I liked the Avengers Beta, and all of those playable characters felt different and unique to play as. Plus, there’s still more characters to come. This on the other hand, I just don’t know if this will have that same or better gameplay dynamic.

I’m definitely open to a good co-op game, it’s been a long time since the last really great one imo. Definitely want to see what else this has to offer.
