we did a walk in 2 bangkok supper club at like 9:45 on a wed n got bar seats. this is from the fish cheek people
their one bite crab caviar and uni tartlet -- this one little bite is stupid pricy lmao and i was not willing 2 get 2. we split this one single bite
beef tongue was really yummy
pork jowl was good but a little salty
their chilean sea bass chakram curry was the highlight
i think the little bit of herb oil and whatnot adds a lot of depth and idk interest to it. overall super good
definitely reminded me of the fish cheeks crab curry
coconut pandan cake dessert -- its basically like
kaya jam on chiffon cake w coconut whipped cream on top. so really good
i also got their truffle pandan cocktail which sounded awful but i rly liked

If I'm testing out how good a hot chicken spot is and how well they can fry chicken, I'll do mild or no spice for tenders.
