idk what it is but the food here overall felt so bland and boring 2 me... its a skip for me. in fact i liked it so little its convinced me to never go to any alain ducasse resto not that it was a particular necessity in the first place
the choco cake at the end actually was good tho, it had like buckwheat crisp at the bottom that was rly nice and had a lot of cool contrast

LV cafe - p tasty but not super strong coffee flavor. interior design of the spot felt hotel lobby core but its a nice place 2 sit undisturbed. no wait, there's a sep line for ppl going 2 the cafe (but u dont actually wait rly)

finished eating the mango
throat 99% stopped feeling scratchy after 20 min

but now hours later i started getting a huge rash

and im v slightly allergic 2 bandage adhesive and get rly minor rashes sometimes if i leave a bandaid on for a whole day
so i think my allergies present as rashes
i think i have a mango allergy
but i got the xi cha / heytea coconut mango boom smoothie yesterday and was fine

made a pork belly adobo for the first time. s*** was delicious and honestly tasted more like a fatty pot roast than swine. also i was surprised but it was way less greasy than doin adobo with chicken thighs.

very good. get in line before 10:45 to be within the first seating, opens at 11:30. we got there at 10:55 and were in the second seating, meaning we waited 1.25 hrs (yikes). homemade katsu sauce. we got the prime loin and filet teishoku sets. i rec loin only, filet felt rly dry and tough, but loin was rly juicy and fragrant. fried so crispy and light. has mich bib gourmand

nakano broadway is this otaku mini mall basically, where it's this rly narrow mall crammed with tiny shops. it feels like ur inside a subway station in china lol. all the shops sell like gatcha, anime figurines, anime mousepads, that kinda thing gq.com/story/nakano-tokyo-guide
i was so lost trying to find this cafe i asked 3 sep people for directions
it was good, idk if its worth the effort to first go to nakano then to go here
it is rly fun on the inside and u can buy some fun murakami stuff. its not exclusives, i think he had the same stuff at complexcon apparently but u can buy his tamagotchi games, shirts, pins, totes, etc etc.

yakiniku 29 terrace-- the main attraction is the beef tongue stuffed w spring onion which i honestly hated lol it just makes no sense its so hard to eat bc beef tongue isnt exactly a tender cut and its such a fat f***ing junk and all the scallion comes out when u try to grill it.

i dont rly like takikomi gohan tbh but i wanted to taste test the eggs.

eggs were fun, got a yuzu egg, chiba egg, egg w extra fat in it, something something egg.
yuzu egg tasted like a hint of yuzu for sure, egg w extra fat tasted sweeter than normal.
other than that tho its not super wowowowow. if u just want to explore the world of eggs its kinda fun.
