I bought shrimp frozen thinking it was raw but I didnt realize it wa cooked until I just went to make supper.
So i was going to cook it in garlic butter and just eat it, which is one of my favourite meals.
But where its already cooked i kinda need a dipping sauce and its late, everything closed and I dont have any.
So I improvised with mayo, siracha, Dijon mustard and Worcester sauce and then pour garlic butter over the shrimp before dipping.
It is delicious! Succesful improvisation!! Wooo!!

Top 3 fish i ever cooked! This is insane. It’s the most tender fish i ever had, but its not mushy at all perfect texture. Taste like the essence of the ocean, no fishy taste.
It’s like the most perfect cod fish of all time.
