Drain some chick peas and dry them off, get broccoli (sometimes I’ll use kale), sweet potatoes and onions throw it on a baking sheet, season everything and bake until it looks good and I’ll just use a bag of instant rice and serve with some raw bell peppers and throw some sauce (I use Trader Joe’s red curry sauce) in the microwave for 30 secs and pour it over everything

I would say the hard part is when you want to wrap up the meat and filling into a sausage-like roll without messing up the shape or spill some of the filling, but other than that it wasn’t as hard as I expected tbh.
