got cold soba w shrimp and veggie tempura + fried chicken tenderloin w pickled shiso and ume (the shiso and ume were wrapped around the chicken before it got battered and not on the side like a condiment. first time ever trying some like this)

the tempura was really f***ing good. soba was good too but honestly not that much better than ljke a premium store bought version u could boil at home.

i would not wait more than 20-30 min for this and i prolly won’t ever crave it enough to wanna go drive all the way to sf for it but still glad i tried.
