couple hours for sure
i f***ed up the spring rolls and had to like do a rescue mission on them halfway that took forever
potato is 20-25min (8 if u have it all precut and peeled)
pork is like 1.5 hrs maybe (wash, simmer, fry, soak, sautee, steam)
spring roll normally like 1hr depending on how many u fold (we did like 30 id say )
rice cake 25min (mainly slicing steak and scallions)

was perfectly rated--defs not for everyone, defs really experimental, but i loved the whole experience :>
the juice pairing i thoght was gonna be ass but was honestly really enjoyable, all homemade, including their own kombucha made in their fermentation labs

don’t know what any of the flavors are tho
also wouldn’t be surprised if madeleines and financiers become the next trendy pastry in the states
they were very trendy/at all the fancy bakeries when i was in korea last year
