    yyea har gow. You make chinese food a lot?

    just sometimes,,, last chinese food i made was uhmmmm stir fried potato strip, stir fried egg + tomato, and then biang biang noodles 2 eat w them but the noodles came out kinda mid i over cooked them n was soooo tight abt it bc the recipe deadass called for like 2.75 hrs of resting 4 the dough

    i shld make chinese food mor often tbh,,,,,,

    What are some dishes that can be served with plantain? I’m drawing blanks right now

    In the coastal nigerian town of port harcourt we have this dish called bolè

    Grilled plantain with a spicy chili sauce made w palm oil (u can use regular oil if ur not close to an ethnic store) and grilled fish (usually mackerel, trout, croaker etc)

    It’s crazy good

    not sure what the green drumstick food is
