i think it might be related to this
kitchensavvy.com/greek-style-ribsidek where on earth saskatoon is but so far i know they used 2 hav in boom of greek restaurants and i think some of them served """"dry ribs"""" but they dont seem 2 be battered or fried??/
so maybe if u take this then fry it in some kinda batter u end up w rovo dry saskatoon ribs

ya i was reading some reddit post about saskatoon dry ribs n apparently some ppl hav it boneless and a few ppl have it w bone
the person in that thread was specifially looking for bone in and a bunch of ppl were like "o this place used 2 hav boneless but now is bone in" or something

kinda mean iowfeeoif, the ribs sound really cool and interesting in their own right in regards 2 their history in that area

idkTbh I think it’s a Saskatoon staple but not an authentic Greek dish
So maybe people getting mad that Greek restaurants are serving dry ribs bc they expect that Greek restaurant to serve Greek style ribs
