made da "sausage" by chopping up some pork shoulder and pork fat w some fennel seeds + red pepper flakes + orange zest

Feasted heavily for thanksgiving today

had no idea canadians celebrate thanksgiving

Nah my fam doesn’t really like turkey that much. We oven cooked 2 lamb shoulders instead

And cooked rice with raisins and almonds and spices which is the arabic version of stuffing I guess
