i fl like a lot of them just serve some variation of

lobster with foam and a nasturtium leaf
duck with a puree and a nasturtium leaf
a5 wagyu w edible flowers and a nasturtium leaf

atelier crenn ima tell my sister to go there she love eating at those $$$$$ places

have a homie who worked at alinea now he manages angler and saison in the bay.

yeah I wanna try that banana pancake caviar thing eventually even tho I heard it’s kinda overrated

it sounds dr hunty core but i think it cld be yummy... idk...... is it VERY banana-y? caramelized banana-y? inner resting....

i feel like a lot of weird/fun sounding combos and stuff end up just being like

"here is ur squid ink creme brulee but i put .1 drop of squid ink so u cant even see let alone possibly taste it but here it is, now the item will sell better"
