i think having a
-rice cooker
-slow cooker
make preparing things rly rly easy
like i knowwww you can make rice stovetop really easily but making rice in a rice cooker is so much easier
and a slowcooker u just kinda dump things in press a button and have it cook
easiest thing to make in it is kalua pork
but ribs, stews, curries, beans, oatmeal, etc etc are all rly good and easy. no need to remember to stir the pot so s*** doesnt stick or anything. i do sear stuff stovetop then dump it in tho, which i think an ?? instantpot?? would do for u in one appliance (and i think also make rice)
havent had an instant pot before, but it probably would also save space lol.
i would also get a castiron pan of some sort
i think having a 9 in skillet allows u to make s*** like shakshouka, brown stuff rly well, deep fry stuff
i like having a pizza griddle thing too to make idk tortillas and anything i griddle or want to stick under the broiler rly quick,,, but maybe its just a me thing
and then maybe like 1 pot and 1 pan lol
nonstick isnt useful for pots but for pans nonstick is nice if
-u dont plan to cook under super high heat (switch to cast iron or stainless steel) or use metal utensils
-u are ok w having to replace the nonstick pan every few months (aka choose a cheap pan)
if u dont like those bullet points go with stainless steel and do this or something if u have a need for nonstick ish youtube.com/watch?v=FUwaOnCd1h0&t=428s
idk take from these based on what type of stuff u think ull make a lot and what will save u a lot of headache
the way i started a bullet points list then completely derailed into long paragraphs aFEafwfawefawfawfe ogmg
