Also for the beef broth soup u gotta eat it w white rice and kimchi/daikon kimchi. It’s like the only time I ever need kimchi w my meal. It should come w it tho.

also don’t forget the broth unsalted so add salt to your liking.

also if the bone broth soup is too clean/plain tasting to you you can also throw in a couple pieces of kimchi in the soup to add some flavor
