american businesses will slowly start swapping their manufacturing and outsourcing from China to India. it's already largely begun in some industries. the rates are similar, but the PR is better and so is trade versus China.The US has a better relationship with India than China as well, and also has far more interest in keeping a regional allyship with India given its geography.
