Imma keep my eye on the market and I don’t want to rush into anything too soon. I do plan on buying a home by 2025 tho. Something in the 600-800k range and put down 10-20%.

Not directly more expensive as a mortgage will generally be cheaper than rent, but the things you pay for as a homeowner probably makes it a wash but you’re gaining equity whenever you invest into your home
