You do realize that “public ghostwriter” makes no sense whatsoever right?

Ghostwriter implies that it’s hidden / not public information. Quentin was credited on every song he helped write on IYRTITL

Oh okay I'm sorry. He has writers who made whole reference tracks that wouldn't have made the air if Drake could've helped it.

Now that we've cleared that up...

Why would an artist ever willingly release a reference track

Quentin is credited on those songs, he didn’t ghostwrite anything

Why would the "goat rapper" need reference tracks in the first place?

It’s more common than you think lmao

And it can be for suggesting something as simple as vocal inflection for the verse

And ghostwriters means not credited. All it takes is 1 Google search to know if Drake had any help or not and he hasn't Quentin Miller said so himself

This is literally not what happened. Whole tracks released bar-for-bar with QM on the same beats.

QM was not credited on RICO.

Two different lanes. Kendrick Lamar makes music that will last. People will listen to his music 50 plus years from now.

Meek and his team handle credits on his albums you can't actually believe Drake sits down and fills out that paperwork himself. Speaking of RICO it's funny how Meek wanted Quentin to ghostwrite for him and he said no because he only helps with flows

Yeah they will but what I'm saying is Kendrick Lamar has music that could potentially be taught in classrooms/people will write books on his 🎶/etc. Reason I say this because he is going more into creating political 🎶.

They'll be talking about "Alright" being the official anthem of the George Floyd protests in textbooks for sure.

Yes, but we don’t have any confirmation as to who actually wrote what.

Drake could’ve had the lyrics down first and Quentin just helped with flow/cadence/delivery

Because it didn't end up being drake's song.

That's not what QM said happened tbh

QM sent 1da records, Drake told 1da he was feeling them, and then the songs happened

That's what QM essentially said happened on Rory and Mal

  • family ties clears but bc that was last year, yea drake got this one tbh

In the grand scheme of things what makes a rap verse truly complex that Drake hasn't shown he can be A+ at?
