Ok guys I wanna quit my job bc my manager is a d***

He keeps telling me that I feel uncomfortable with him as criticism

Feels like I'm introverted and wants me to open up. Yesterday he kept apologizing bc he felt like he was too harsh and offended me then constantly switched up and went back to critcizing me inbetween. He's annoyed that I don't talk to him much and mostly just nod and say okay lol. Told him that I can't change immediately it takes time.

I have an IT help desk job. It requires me to interact with other workers everyday which I do really well except with my manager

He works from home most of the week which is great but when he comes to the office he's annoying af.

Truthfully he asked me about my s***life and made sexual jokes which I found weird among other things

Thought it was his idea of being relatable and befriending a young dude.

I think he's deeply insecure

Anyway I've had enough and I'm gonna start looking into a job in cybersecurity which was my goal to begin with

Lmaoo bro so I made a new friend in like October, we mainly just skate together every now and then and text. So I invited him and my two friends I I close with for like a year and a half now. They brought weed and a dab pen, the kid that ruined the nights name is rob other dudes vinnt and Eddie. So this mf rob asks for the pen the second he sees it, and he chief's the f*** outta it like he had it for 10 minutes. He kept asking for it and legit started begging vinny for it even tho he already took like 15 hits and we all smoked a blunt. Like dud he smoked a quarter of his cartridge by the end of the night. And when vinny and Eddie were leaving they said he couldn't hit the pen again and he was like "dude please don't do this to me i was so nice to yoy I gave you food dude please" acting like a child even tho he smoked more then anyone there. Like he ruined the qhile night and made it awkward the whole time and was also being a douchebag and just bringing down the vibe.
Sorry long post but I can't explain that situation without ranting lol

So I used to work selling insurance, they always used to say to me they’re like oh Daniel we don’t know who you are or what you are when we listen to your phone calls you make the people are you talk to people, and we don’t like that we don’t know your identity. I would just tell them all the time to like I’m just trying my hardest to get through this job and be a number like most people are at work. I can feel your pain and if you ever wanna talk or if there’s absolutely anything either anyone can do in here I’m sure anyone in here would help you you just reach out. It’s unfair though I’m an introvert myself so I understand completely
