to me it’s thank god i think it’s liked well enough by now but when it came out fans were freaking out and was calling it rap it was so embarrassing

actually lately summer elaine has been my go to white album track

I don’t really like Thank God For Girls personally, feels so out of place on the album for me. I replaced it with Friend of a Friend. Summer Elaine is excellent tho.

love friend of a friend so much and wish it was on the album but by ditching thank god and adding this one it’s making the album too blue to me, gotta agree with rivers and leave room for new stuff

it’s just more 90s weez is what i meant, guitars all on front with drums playing around, it had that energy

don’t think rivers wants to EXACTLY replicate a blueprint (!) blue album song
