• this song goes back from the ewbaite sessions as in one of the teaser of the recordings ric ocasek was seen with a blocnote with this song named in it, ric ocasek himself recorded vocals on it - it remains unclear if the version reworked for van weezer will keep the ric ocasek vocals on it, would be a great homage to a key member to the weezer lore on a song that sounds amazingly the cars-esque as you can hear above in a redone version rivers did in the meantime for his japenese album, it’s easy to get a picture of how it will naturally flows within the 80s style of van weezer, sounds like it was meant to be!

• yes the song that version by version morphed into jacked up, its original song has been known to be dated again in a new version for 2019 therefor in van weezer timeline, it’s unknown if it did make the album for sure or not
