It's worse when they feel like you're attacking them personally by challenging their views and become hostile

cuz you feel comfortable with being challenged on your views or aren't that attached to anything to prefer not hearing the truth - I learned that not everyone is comfortable with that

So you're left there like damn who can I have this convo with

Or when it ruins the view you had of someone or something - it'll leave you thinking for a second "damn I should've stayed ignorant" but also "nah it' s better this way"

I myself am very passionate when it comes to topics, and I sometimes find myself being let down when I bring things up and people don’t really care about it, but truthfully I feel like I’d like to know the whole story and I like to know everything and then sometimes I like to just listen to music

Yeah I find myself doing this all the time, and you know what it can definitely be sometimes more intriguing and it makes the brain learn more and you get a lot more experience when you’re listening, sometimes you learn more and more as you get deeper into the lore ,And leave you discouraged with more answers and sometimes it can ruin the experience I definitely relate and there is nothing wrong with that at all. On an unrelated topic I just lit a scented candle
