i guess the best advice for new listeners is just to start at the beginning with blue album and keep going in order, its a bumpy road and you're bound to find things you completely love and hate but it'll be worth it.

nah imo it’s white album

white album is the best like best of weezer without being best of, it’s still recent - it has retro weezer on it but also new sounds

idk i feel like blue album is kinda the complete welcoming package to the group, basically designed from the get go to be the perfect intro album. But i wouldn't fault anyone for starting out on white tho that's a great start too.

blue can be thrown off for newcomer not use to the 90s energy and want something more polished - with white they get a modern prod that has sounds of today but also gives you hint of blue and pink while still being new songs and new album

I agree with both of you, since I did start out with white I feel like its definitely a good beginner but I was thinking of saying blue album as well
