The most “came and went” album of the year
I still listen to tracks from this album lmao hell nah
it was a good album that got overshadowed by the pandemic
I ain’t listen to keep it a hunnid wit you. Not really into Sean like that
I obviously know FATD is successful and probably still charting high but I deadass haven't heard anyone talk/post about the album at all since release. Like it wasn't the "moment" Drake albums tend to be, like I remember Views and CLB dominating social media discussion for at least a few days
Don't even know what the "hits" on there that makes people keep coming back to it could be
I think there as less talk about the actual album itself and more about antics outside of the music. Him crashing out and trolling online and his “beef” wit Fantano over it. And then while he was on the tour supporting it is when the beef started poppin off and that overshadowed everything

weeknd fans really tried selling the idea that this was some insanely niche music that was only made for his core fans when in reality it was just forgettable pop music

This is true. For All The Dogs is probably his most forgotten studio album. Even Honestly, Nevermind gets discussed more still (albeit, negatively)
Who was it? Or is this still happening?

lmaoo I love Abel and he went dumb on the album itself, but this film shouldn't have come out
Weeknd stans trying to psyop dawn fm and hurry up tomorrow into being after hours level is getting so tiring
dawn is nice, a few misses but I wasn’t mad at it.
hut is just so plastic and shiny. some of his weakest, flimsiest songwriting since starboy. & all them weak ass transitions can’t save it.
“he trick y’all, man” ass album.

i really hate dumbass niggas like this who think the world revolves around them and equate their own personal listening habits as if they are fact lol

He did his job and paid his dues
He doesnt give a f***
There was never a movie lol
album sounded that way tbh
that fake movie s*** was only cool for 21
Like… he couldn’t make that trailer a real thing but that dumbass weeknd movie got an entire theatrical run?
this timeline is the worst
An album that really came and went was UTOPIA lol
Never seen so much vigorous d***sucking for about a week or two max and then barely mentioned again on here
Album f***ing sucks too
this is just straight up not even true lmao
i really don't get this utopia retcon i've been seeing as of late. EASILY his best project behind rodeo idgaf if you're nostalgic about astroworld

Yeah yeah man we get it

The most “came and went” album of the year
sad bc the era actually has 30 songs you can put together to make a great project
a lot of fun leaks in my playlist for it
too bad he just kept hitting “randomize” for the tracklist
Yeah yeah man we get it
you can have your opinion on it but acting as if didn't leave any sort of mark is just cap
all the basketball and no avi users really just having the absolute worst bot ass takes in here randomly
“Nostalgic about ASTROWORLD”
I didn’t even listen to that album that year when it came out
