Just started doing some basic yoga and it inspired me to make this thread. I’ve also picked up running and would like to learn Spanish some point soon anyone got any hobbies/activities they’re just trying out for the first time this year or plan on starting soon?
same for both yoga and learning spanish
trying to do more flexibility & mobility work as well, along with slowly getting back into music production (making my own beats etc)

I been doing Muay Thai for a year with a background in TKD as a kid. Muay Thai changed my life! Amazing sport and art

I already knew how to throw punches, had head movement and footwork as well as the conditioning. Karate kicks are different from Muay Thai kicks so I’m having to relearn that but I’m loving it so far.
