We planning on hitting Osaka and Kyoto for our first week then finishing then most of the last week in Tokyo

Osaka is fire. So is Tokyo.

I definitely want to hit up Nara and Kyushu too, I know we had one of those cherry blossoms festivals planned on our itinerary, I can’t remember exactly which one it was but it was a big one In Tokyo, interested in checking out a bunch of the big historic places/shrines and other cool scenic spots like mt Fuji, the blue pond, Miyajima island, etc too

Well I had a Airbnb in Tokyo and from there I went to Osaka for 3 days and kyoto for a day and then went back to my place in Tokyo

Did you use the JR pass for all of that? Seems like there's multiple transportation options, tryin to figure out which is best

I took the bullet train to Osaka which cost me $200 usd and no I didn’t know about the JR pass. From Osaka to kyoto I think I took a regular train there
