less white people dictating what's "real" hip hop/changing the trajectory of our art due to their consumption rate being higher
I like the premise but on the other hand I don’t see any Black record labels doing anything, they're just falling in line with the white music execs that run the labels. At the end of the day the fans support the white led music labels and the rappers they sign. I don’t see any Black people/fans trying to support Artists who are free or are trying to be. They can only put out what “sells”.
More rappers taking the path to express their true selves and not being obligated to put on a certain persona or image to gain approval.
For example with Michigan rappers, it’s almost like they’ll seem less masculine if they deviate from that deadpan flow or say something that doesn’t fit a “tough street guy”
P**** NPC type s***
I think the fans box rappers into being street! There’s been countless times I’ve witnessed “fans” complain that a rapper isn’t talking about catching bodies and sellin’ d****! Lmao!
I would have every rapper that isn’t Mach-Hommy assassinated
Mach-Hommy’s entire image is built on s***ting on other rappers , if there was nobody left to s*** on Mach wouldn’t even have a purpose frfr

He’s gonna have to look in the mirror and start dumpin on himself
the boom of interest in sales a***ytics amongst fans, I find kinda depressing particularly in the streaming age where numbers can be warped and the investment it requires to get a hold of music itself is so minimal
Mainstream hip-hop to have a balance again with rappers who keep a traditional old school rap sound alive along with rappers who are experimenting with other genres, and lastly a portion of rappers that most of these KTT2 niggas and casual music fans d***ride so much.
Sadly the rappers that this site and peeps on social media d***rides are only ones ruling the mainstream, it's wack.
Honestly I think there just needs to be more weirdos in rap. JPEG, Danny, Hi-c, etc. bring way more personality and talent than any of these macho no personality niggas.
I mean uzi and Carti made careers off that
I wish the consumers weren't just pop fans with a shallow palette and superficial interest in rap
Whites and nonblacks being involved. They don’t care about rap fr. Once rap started “dying” popularity wise, this forum been acting weird towards the genre cause they never was down. Less vultures is always a good thing.

A lot of these “mancho” people have hella personality lol even King Von had a silly side to him. Y’all just think since they act a way, they never be on some other s***. It’s not just you, but people think like that in general. Chicago rappers are some of the funniest mfs.

Oh most def I’m just saying I I’d love to see more niggas who are unapologetically unique music wise. Nothing wrong with being “macho” it’s just it tends to put a lot of artists in an artificial box
I would have every rapper that isn’t Mach-Hommy assassinated
including his right hand man?
I'd make it so that all rappers actually try with their lyrics and cadence again
Im not even saying no lyrical miracle s*** but dudes like Remble, Rio, Babytron etc are all creative with their lyrics even if they not really saying nothing
meanwhile dudes like baby, gunna, all be using the same flow and cadence saying the same s***
